Are you a manager of a space - then watch for and issue suspensions when you are told to.
(I've been here before, and I'll be here again - with no apologies)
If you look in space manager or the list of space in your launchpad then sometimes you will ssee a subtle yellow triangle against a space. It is a matter of Groove best practice that you watch for and act on these, for the benefit of you and other Groove members of that space.
The yellow triangle indicates that some participant or guest is due for suspension. Not suspending them does them no favours. It does your other space solleagues no favours. If you do not suspend then you clog up the works on your computer, possibly relay servers and possibly other space memebrs computers as Groove attempts to keep track of updates.
Long and heartfelt experience has shown that the three week suspension timer is a very worthwhile timer and you do well to look for its trigger - the little yellow triangle.
When it appears open the space and suspend any members as indicated. Then when all suspensions have been issued re-invite the lot of them.
Doing this will help keep your Groove and the Groove of colleagues humming.
Over time you will find that some people either do not come on line or otherwise do not accept the re-invitation. So it is good to look at your suspension list. People who simply refuse to come back into space. Uninvite them. Don't waste your time and theirs - uninvite.
