Support forums goes past its next marker

Latest stats of over 200 members to check out our 450 posts this is nothing compared with the big forums, and nothing compared with Groove's own forums. But the unique content and angles must be doing something right since 25% of membership come back regularly to keep in touch with the issues that matter.

I would appreciate some help if anyone knows the solution to a small problem. Some people who register cannot get into the content even though they register properly. It turns out that the "remember password" checkbox works for most people, but for a small group needs unchecking.

When unchecked everyone can logon and access the content. When checked some people keep on getting asked for username & password. I have tried all manner of cookie settings and updates. I have verified this as a problem on several OSs. But as yet no solution.

Andy thoughts?
