Why should I uninvite suspended people before re-inviting them?
Simply put, if you suspend and reinvite without putting an uninvite in the middle then there is a danger that Groove (not ot mention the participant!!!) gets confused and does not restore the participant's space back to good health.
The problem is that if someone receives a re-invite to a sapce that is "corrupted", they may only see a "Andy Swarbrick wants you to enter this space". Which is about as useful as a spoonful of coffee in a cup of tea! However issuing the uninvite first, ensures that their computer is in the correct state to receive the fresh invitation.
